Recognising the challenges of on-site time recording and task management in corporate office cleaning, 3PM collaborated with Westferry Property Services to develop an innovative, multi-tenant native application. The objective was to provide a tool to increase productivity and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

 

Challenges

Managing time recording and task management for corporate office cleaning across numerous retail chains and office buildings is a complex process, it involves various stakeholders – head contractors, subcontractors and clients who all require accurate, real-time information for efficient operations.

Solution

Utilizing Flutter and ASP.NET Core, 3PM developed an application that enables real-time time recording, task management and quality assurance tracking through GPS. The application integrates analytics, providing cost analysis per task and job and facilitates a many-to-many relationship model, allowing head contractors to authorize subcontractors to work on their projects.

Results

The application has substantially improved productivity in the industry, offering real-time analytics and reporting to some of New Zealand's largest retail chains. With Westferry and the New Zealand Cleaning Coop (NZCOOP) adopting the application, the industry is witnessing a significant shift in efficiency and productivity.
