3PM, in collaboration with Enable New Zealand, has developed a state-of-the-art application that integrates with ACCs' internal solution, bringing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process and Task Automation, and Event-Driven Software to the hands of over 5000 assessors across New Zealand. This application streamlines the ordering, processing and delivery of disability equipment, setting a new standard in healthcare services.
3PM, known for its cutting-edge solutions, partnered with Enable New Zealand to devise an advanced application to address inefficiencies in the handling of disability equipment. Recognising the crucial role this process plays in healthcare services, 3PM sought to provide a solution that simplifies and accelerates this process for the ACC and numerous assessors nationwide.
The traditional approach to ordering, processing, and delivering disability equipment was laden with complexities and prone to delays. These inefficiencies often impacted the quality of service provided to the disabled community. The challenge lay in developing a solution that could streamline these processes ensuring prompt and effective service.
3PM, along with Enable New Zealand, crafted an application that leverages RPA, Process and Task Automation and Event-Driven Software. This solution integrates with ACC's internal system and efficiently manages the lifecycle of disability equipment, from ordering to processing to delivery.
